The New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson) (Level 4) provides you with the knowledge and skills that you need to sell property in New Zealand. When you have successfully completed the qualification, you can apply for a Salesperson’s licence through the Real Estate Authority (REA)
Successful completion of this course will result in 50 credits
The course is delivered either via online facilitated zoom classroom.
