Frequently Asked Questions

You can complete the course at home at your own pace and you will be allocated a Tutor to support you every step of the way. Our tutors are all real estate professionals with real estate licences and many years’ experience. We also offer multiple ways for you to complete your study plus we run weekly tutorial sessions to help you understand the content and what is required to complete the assessments.

It represents a different challenge to all students. We have found if you read the course manuals before you commence study then the assessments are easier to complete. Our friendly tutors are available to help with any queries you have. We also provide a weekly evening tutorial session. If you need support, please reach out to us.

Unfortunately, you can’t get a student loan to complete the course with us as we are a private training establishment and do not qualify.

A tutor is available on weekdays between 9am and 3.30pm and as a TAFE College student you’ll be able to contact them by phone, email, ZOOM or you can make an appointment for one-on-one assistance. We encourage you to reach out if you are facing any problems.
One-hour coaching sessions are held on Wednesday evenings at 6pm via ZOOM. There is a weekly newsletter providing updates on the course, the industry, and employment opportunities.

Students are always welcome to come into TAFE College if they need a quiet place to study. Please contact us in advance so we can make arrangements for you.

Most students will get the answer right on the first or second attempt. However, if a third (final) submission is required, you should contact your tutor for guidance and support.
